Do you supply to the Trade?
Our furniture is ideal for high volume use for example in restaurants, bars or offices. Because it is not mass produced it will give your business a truly unique appearance.
Our in-house designer can produce detailed floor plans to demonstrate how our furniture could be incorporated into your furnishing scheme. Much of the Shaker, Zachary and Rustic ranges can be either free standing or fitted into a given space.
We supply furniture to pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants across the UK. We hold a huge stock and range of dining chairs in both hardwood and leather. Please contact our head office on 01949 878787 to discuss your requirements.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture inform us within 7 days for a full refund. Furniture must be returned in its original condition (This does not apply to mattresses or made to measure items)
If a second return is requested the delivery cost will be chargeable.

What warranty is provided?
Our exclusive Aura and Zachary ranges are covered by a 5 year manufacturing and structural warranty. The leather items are covered by a 3 year structural warranty and a 1 year leather guarantee.
Does the price of a bed include a mattress?
The prices shown are for the bed only. A range of quality mattresses are available which are suitable for slatted base beds.

Where is the furniture made?
The majority of our furniture is made exclusively for Aura in our workshop or from European sources.
What timber is used?
All timber is from sustainable sources. Oak comes from European forest and pine from Canada.
Are my personal details secure?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You are able to set your computer up to prevent the use of cookies. We only collect information that we require to process your order, unless you choose to provide extra information for marketing purposes.
We will keep your name, address, and purchase details on file. We may contact you in the future to inform you of new products and innovations at Aura.
Is it safe to enter my credit/debit card details online?
All our online payment transactions are taken through Protx.
Protx provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Their web site can be viewed at www.protx.com Protx VSP is designed so that we don’t hold any sensitive information on our site. Should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information.
Credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions. Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.
